I was honored to be a part of the memorial services and celebrations in Normandy, France, on the 80th
anniversary of the D-Day Landings of June 6, 1944.

On this day 80 years ago, the largest naval, air, and land operation in history occurred in Normandy, France. A Texas Panhandle native spoke today at Omaha and Utah beaches in Normandy for the anniversary of D-Day.
